Serbia's visa policy is similar to the Schengen visa policy. Serbia exempted visas for all country  in Annex II of Schengen group, except Antigua and Barbuda, Brunei, Dominica, El Salvador, Georgia, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, Kiribati, Malaysia, Mauritius, Marshall Islands, Micronesia , Nicaragua, Palau, Panama, Samoa, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Solomon Islands, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Taiwan, Tuvalu, Vanuatu and Venezuela. It also extempt visas for several countries - Bahrain, Belarus, Bolivia, China, Cuba, Guinea-Bissau, India, Indonesia, Iran, Jamaica, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Mongolia, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Suriname , Tunisia and Turkey. Vietnamese citizens traveling to Serbia must apply for a visa from one of the Serbian’s diplomatic missions unless they possess a diplomatic or official passport.
